Excellent product. Great functioning.
It's a very good product, great value for the amount paid. The screen resolution is excellent, with vibrant and bright colours. It is compatible to almost all picture formats. Video and audio capabilities are also very good. The remote control has all functions and also works very well.

Working Fine, many options are missing.
10 inch model : Thr is no option to potrait. Always play on landscape mode. On Playing thr is no transition. Photo border options is not thr. Build quality is ok ok.

Very bad quality
The product quality is very poor. It work only for 7 to 8 days.

Not a "Smart" Photo frame, just a good-quality digital output screen
I bought this as a gift and as a product, it's good quality, screen is quite clear and bright from all angles and it's sturdy. But if you want a "digital" or "smart" photo frame, this is not it. You have to manually keep updating/adding pictures to the USB drive, there's no cloud/remote auto update feature. More importantly, it resizes pictures to fit the landscape orientation - so if most of your photos are clicked in the portrait orientation (as most photos are), it will look stretched & distorted in the photo frame. The only solution I could see is to manually edit the photos and update the USB so they look ok It's a decent item to gift, especially to loved ones, but with just a few things lacking for a great user experience

Nice product
Good product to buy and use. Instead of single photo on wall, it makes multiple pics as well as videos on wall... Price also seems to be okay... Overall satisfied...

Product dead in 17 days, but support replaced it
Edit: Changing from 1 star to 4, product did die, but when support was reached out on WhatsApp, they were very responsive, and they went about setting up replacement also. Was able to reach support from their website Product has died completely, and is not switching on. It’s been 17 days since purchase. There is no way to get support for this, the 1 year warranty is a waste
