Only dried fruits is the best
Value for money. Unique cereal mix with just dried fruits. Wish there's an option for without coconut flavour.

Good, but not for everyone.
It's a good package of nutritious fruits and seeds. But it contains too much sugar which my child doesn't like. Moreover it leads to cough if consumed (dry/without milk) everyday (tested and proven in case of my child) . I suggest either the amount of sugar should be decreased for better effectiveness or it shouldn't be catagorised as healthy food. Because it can't be a 'healthy' food with this much of sugar in it despite the goodness of all the fruits and seeds.

The sugar content (read, coating) can be reduced on the same lines as True Elements or other modern brands.
