Very poor quality. Not expected that very old, dry and poor quality eatables items are delivered by Amazon Its a lesson for me not to order any eatable items to buy from Amazon such a big brand name but I did a mistake. I don't know why you take a risk of your goodwill to supply poor quality eatables items to customers. Even it was showing on website such a good and healthy product but its totally fake and deceive to customers. Extremely disappointed to provide poor quality eatables dry fruit.

As if we pay for best quality but size was mixed like small n big. I was disappointed with quality

The dried figs are not vacuum packed as mentioned on the product on amazon, last time also I had purchased the same item and it was not vacuum packed. Kindly get this checked and revtified.

This was my 3rd order while in the first two orders I got ok quality, this time it was very poor quality. The figs were very small, dry and didn't look fresh at all. Looked like all reje ted stuff. They wereso hard that to pull the out of jute rope took a huge amount of effort. They were almost impossible to chew. They only way to eat them was to soak them overnight. It seems quality is either not consistent or deteriorated over months. When they say premium, they should give premium stuff even if they want to charge higher, else simply label them regular. Don't try and give regular product in a premium label at regular price

Though sweetened the anjeers are indeed jumbo sized. Slightly dry in texture this may help to increase shelf life.However the taste would be enhanced more if anjeers were a tad bit moist. Otherwise I trust the anjeers could be the best quality available online especially as it is being sold at a very reasonable price. U won't regret your purchase I can guarantee.

I have been ordering these figs every month for over the a near now... and I guess this will be last time. Over the year I have noticed, the size shrink and the quality deteriorate considerably. It's a shame... but I guess some relationships need to end when one takes its customers for granted and purely starts looking at their bottom line. Margins are never sustainable when you start losing you customer base. Have been holding off putting a review thinking it was a one off and things would improve... but only went from bad to worse.

Very good product. Little dry but the keeping quality should be good. Satisfied
