Good brand, well design, good product.
Excellent, quiet, you can mill all small nuts or seeds, almonds are a little complicated because of the oil, I prefer not to use almonds on it, but flax seeds, and with dry and small seeds or nuts like this, it will works excellent.

Simply the Best! So quit! Easy to clean!
This is an amazing grinder. I tend to grind 2 tablespoons at a time, and don't want a large grinder. I use it for herbs (black pepper, and other seeds mostly). I was specifically looking for a small grinder for herbs, before I found this. I wasn't really looking for a quiet grinder. I stumbled upon this in my search for a small grinder. Most grinders in this size range are portable, and that's not something I need. While this grinder is small, it's very high quality and very powerful. I have used a lot of grinders and this is by far the quietest grinder, easily 1/10 the noise of other "quiet" grinders. The lid design gives it a double wall with air between when in use. Similar to how a double pain window works, this greatly reduces the noise. The double wall design ensures that no dust escapes the grinder while grinding. I have used this for very tiny seeds, much smaller than pepper, and it does a great job grinding them. The "Vortex" design is great for small quantities as it causes all of the particles to form a tornado-like movement inside the grinder when in use. This gives it a very even grind, as all the particles are thrown around in the vortex, instead of having some sit on the bottom. The power of the grinder is perfect for my use. For my use, it's important that the grinding bowl is metal. Some seeds I grind are very tough and have scratched the sides of other grinders that had plastic bowls. The top is quite high up so it isn't really an issue that it's plastic. On other grinders that had plastic bowls and a plastic top, the tops never got scratched much, but the sides did. On grinders with glass, the glass broke eventually. Never use a grinder with glass parts. It's dangerous. The grinding bowl is easily removed and easily cleaned. This is very important. I've had other grinders that were not so easily cleaned and had parts where particles would accumulate and were almost impossible to clean completely. This is a blade grinder obviously. I have used steel burr grinders, and the main issue is that the burrs slowly wear down after every use (you ingest steel particles from that). Eventually you have to replace the burrs after a few years. If you buy a burr grinder that doesn't let you replace the burrs, you're buying a grinder that you'll throw away in a few years after the burrs ware out. Blade grinders don't have this wear issue nearly as bad as burrs do. I have blade grinders that are over 10 years old and they still work great. I like that the cord can be wound around under the grinder, so that you can extend the cord to just the right length on your counter top so that you don't have a long cord dangling around your counter top. This is a must have feature in my opinion. This also has overheating protection. Another must have feature. If you run it too long, and it overheats, it will temporarily shut down, preventing damage to the grinder. A lot of grinders don't have this feature and will simply be destroyed and rendered useless if this happens. Do not buy a grinder without this feature. A good example of a grinder NOT TO BUY is the CUISINART Coffee Grinder DBM-8P1. The reasons are: burr grinder wears out and you can't get replacements; it's 100% impossible to clean all parts that come into contact with what you're grinding; it is rendered useless if it overheats; it's super noisy; it spits out dust while it's grinding, so you always need to clean up dust after each use. It's just plain awful. This grinder has none of those issues. This is easily the best blade grinder in it's class and is highly recommended.

Well Thought out ...
I have to say that I'm rarely impressed at product quality anymore because I hardly ever see it. Even some of my favorite brands of just gone down the toilet. This one though surprised me. Whoever designed this coffee press must drink coffee because the removable stainless steel container that the coffee beans go in is brilliant! 🤓 One of my pet peeves of coffee grinders is how do you clean out the inside bowl without getting water inside of the mechanical mechanisms? This solves that issue flawlessly. Well thought out ... Furthermore, the grinder is absolutely beautiful. Grinders are usually one color and you might get a modern one but they're just a grinder. However, every time I look at this one, I think it's very elegant and beautifully done. Again, well thought out. Another thing I really appreciate is the ability to wrap the cord underneath it and tuck it away in the corner of the kitchen. Again, well thought out ... The one drawback, if you can say that, is the lid. I'm a neat freak and so I want that lid completely dried out before I place it back on the top of the grinder. That's almost impossible to do with a cloth, though, because you just can't get between the two lips on the lid. Having said that, I found if I lay the lid on sideways on top of the grinder the air will get up In between the lips of the lead and it will air dry eventually so I've come to peace with that. As for the grinding of the coffee while that's just a whole other level. For one it is incredibly quiet. I felt like I went from using a tank to using a fan. The quietness is unreal. Living in apartment I'm always concerned that people in other apartments can hear what I'm doing and with this grinder I grind anytime I want because I know it's so quiet. Well thought out ... The grinding of the beans is amazingly fast and thorough. I did struggle with that at the beginning as some people on here have stated here but I found as a coffee press user if I do five spins - possibly six - I get the beans just about where I want them. Perfection isn't my goal - I'm just looking to make sure that my beans aren't too ground but yet that they're ground enough so the beans don't get caught in the mash of the coffee while making a decent cuppa coffee. I will definitely keep coming back to Krupps and looking at their products because this was so well produced and thought out. I was truly impressed, especially for the price. To be honest, having lived in Germany, I don't know why I'm surprised because the Germans are really good at what they produce/build.

Nice and Quiet
Got this as a gift for my mom to grind up coffee beans. Works well, silent enough to be used in the early morning when the rest of the family is still asleep. Cleanup is super easy and convenient which is a major plus. The compact size is perfect for our kitchen (about the size of a tumbler/water bottle). We don't have a lot of space for appliances but this fits well. All in all I'd recommend this product.

I like it
It really is quiet - 1/3? as loud as the smaller, less expensive Krups I was previously using. The grind is fantastic. I don't grind coffee, but grind nuts and spices every day. The removable cup is really useful. The grind barely gets gummed against the side walls of the cup. A gentle tap and swipe clears all. Plus the cup is removable, washable. So far, the cup is easy to remove and replace - but the locking rings are plastic, so Will they last a lifetime? Only issue with this new Krups is the reason I bought it: I dropped the plastic cap of the old one on my tile floor and it broke. There is no replacement part. That older Krups has been working like a champ for 25 years? Now every time I use this new one I'm a bit annoyed the old one had to go for lack of replacement cap.

The coffee snob's recommendation
I bought one in 2021 and used it every other day until last month when it finally gave up the ghost. I'd cracked and repaired the cap, but the blade finally broke. I bought a cheaper brand and hated it... So now I've bought a second Krups just like the first. The motor is quiet, and the grind quality is outstanding. Only 15-20 sec for a fine grind. It's well-constructed to last if you don't drop it. Highly recommend.

Quiet and Grinds Great
I love this grinder. My previous grinder died and this one had mostly great reviews and met all my requirements. I read some of the 1 & 2 stars which made me leery so I added the 3 yr warranty as a safeguard. I’ve had it about a month and this grinder beats my old one in every way. It holds twice as many beans, is extremely quiet and the stainless steel bean cup is easy to remove and clean- and is so much better than plastic. I am happy I bought it.

Do not inhale, extremely harsh chemical carcinogenic dystopian smell permeates coffee.
WARNING DO NOT INHALE! Not even worth $5; smells like extremely carcinogenic and Alzheimer's disease inducing plastic/chemicals. Ruins the taste of coffee. No warning of the smell. I cleaned the orange part, but it still ruins coffee. Drinking coffee from this POS makes me feel like i am chain smoking GPC cigarettes at a truckstop with the wind blowing the fumes straight into my face. This grinder is the worst grinder i have every tried in my life. The last Krups hurt my ear, this one probably damages my DNA. Everyone who bought this should be entitled to compensation because it is not just a day ruiner it is a life destroyer, and public threat to health. It takes more than one day to recover from inhaling once of this godawful grinder. They should not even be allowed to sell this crap in America. It is obvious that the Chinese government is just trying to poison us. Or kill us. It is eugenics not a real coffee grinder. I give it -500 out of 10 stars. Would rather drink instant coffee. Or freaking Tea. The chemicals are so harsh and dark. And threatening that i would rather drink dirty water from a dirty dog water bowl dish. Than ever have to dumbed down by IQ lowering plastics and harsh chemicals. It says on the box that it is illegal to use one of these for a restaurant. And i am not surprised why. Think about it... If a restaurant ever tried something neglectable this. They would go out of business because of how bad their coffee taste. But also in reality the harsh chemicals/dystopian fumes disqualify it for restaurant use because it is a violation of health standards (giving people dementia/cancer). Don't buy this grinder, unless you can afford a good lawyer. I honestly think that this company should be blacklisted, boycotted, divested and fought against. It didn't just ruin my day, it ruined history/mylife, i am doing important work, I don't have time to be randomly poisoned by a covert ops of a foreign intelligence agency, international corporate manufacturing incompetency, and lies. It is against my religion for things like this to even exist. It reminds me of cheap generic camera gear from China (such as filters) that just smells like 1000% pure cancer, and dementia and dystopia. The chemicals in this grinder are so bad that it is relatively traumatizing. I do not/no longer support Krups. They don't even know what science or coffee is. Instead they are fraud. Makes $26 coffee taste way worse than dirt. Do not inhale, Not food safe, extremely harsh chemical carcinogenic dystopian smell permeates coffee exponentially ruining it.
