So order the zinc to try instead of having one more pill to take and also have faster absorption. I received my order just as shown (no bait and switch) from the seller. This is my first day trying it out on a empty stomach to see if I can tolerate it. Theres no flavor or color because mixed with 8oz of spring water to take my morning supplements (multi vitamin and collagen +c by a different brand).Will update after I finish the bottle or next bloodwork screening....

Good supplement. I find it best to use with food or it can cause some nausea. If that happens, just 2-3 bites of food will get rid of the problem. I put in tea or water. Use with copper and selenium for better absorption. I prefer the liquid form to the tablets.

Got this after my doctor urged me to take more supplements to boost my immune system. I already take vitamins and gummies so I like that this is just a liquid you can squeeze into your juice or lemon water. No weird taste, no work, easy effortless way to boost my zinc intake. I haven’t gotten sick in a while so I hope that means this little guy is working out for me

Great product! While the taste is not that great the effectiveness and the absorbency is. Fast acting especially when you need to make a zinc bomb to get rid of a cold coming on. I recommend it.

I travel for a living and was on the road about 8 months (at least until recently). Zinc is the one consistent thing that has helped me from getting sick. If you are feeling a scratchy throat, start pounding the liquids and the zinc and it often prevents an illness.

Zinc is highly recommended to help fight viruses including coronavirus. I have been getting lozenges but I wanted something quick and easy. And I really didn’t want pills. So I just drop .5 on the dropper in my morning shake. These are important minerals to build immunity, improve metabolism and enhance mood! I just started it and am looking forward to improved health.

In general, Zinc is a very good supplement to take as a preventative measure against flu/cold. So I recommend it!With that said... Let's review this specific product. All in all, the product is great! =) and the dropper came with the mL markings. Yay!! This definitely was a big plus! Consistency of the liquid was good. Taste was acceptable (by itself and when mixed with water). However, I am sensitive to zinc... and I had the same bad reaction to this liquid form as I did with other forms of zinc... So I won't be finishing this bottle.. =/I tried this product because I hadn't tried zinc in liquid form before. I had hoped for mild or no reaction to this product but I guess it is all the same...Note: I can normally only take zinc in zinc citrate form (if you're sensitive to most zinc types, try "zinc citrate"). So take this review with a grain of salt. I can't even take 'zicam' *shrug*

This zinc is higher dose than many and seems to work quite well. Zinc boosts the immune system and helps me feel better all the time from a general health perspective. It doesn't taste wonderful, but isn't too bad either. You can always add it to something else if you don't like the flavor.
