A bit confusing. Setup was ok. Good customer service and helpful.

Couldn't get it to work while I was in Israel. Gave up. Maybe user error so no 1 star rating.

I ordered on Amazon, received the SIM, and activated it once arrived in Israel. Customer service was FANTASTIC in helping to resolve the simple issues i had. I HIGHLY recommend going this option as it is VERY HARD to find SIM cards once you get here - much different from my experience in Malaysia where there's a sim card shop on every street corner just about. John called me when I submitted the web contact and we quickly worked through the issue to get phone functioning fine. Cellcom service is good- not 4G LTE but good enough.Helpful hints1. get your pre-paid plan prior to arriving - don't use it in US though as it's expensive2. some phones have to use a "+" after dialing *number. e.g. *+777 will get the Cellcom customer service. Issue with Verizon phone apparently.3. Using PayPal feature with prepaidisraelsim worked well. Their web form was a little clunky.
