Learn to Read With Ep (Ep Reader Series)

Learn to read with easy peasy is something I would recommend to all children who are learning to read. I have used other books but this curriculum really breaks it down into segments that are easy for the child to understand and works on mastery rather than memorization. The stories are cute and keep the child attention and it goes right along with the website so you can do the lessons along with it (which are free) This provides a paperback copy of all of the reading that the child will need in this program which I recommend to break up screen time and to make learning/ reading on the go a lot easier. It is also nice to have a book in their hands so that they can get used to that feeling. Good luck on your little one’s journey to reading.

Enjoying this reader. My first grader has been working through this reader to ensure he is ready for the next book. He was barely reading. Within 2 weeks of reading 3 lessons a day and reviewing sight words, his confidence has grown and he is reading his lessons very well. He wants to read now. My k5 is enjoying reading. The pages are in large print, easy to read, easy to follow, love the phonics section.

It's my second year using Easy Peasy All-in-one Homeschool curriculum and the first book I've ordered. I love that Easy Peasy is a free, Christian, online curriculum and that the printed books are available to purchase at such a reasonable price. I chose to order this Learn to Read workbook because my 4 year old learns better with printed books, plus I like having the option to limit screen time and there's just something tangible and traditional about reading from an actual book!

I LOVE this book! I have tried many different learn to read curriculums, but my son was always frustrated. Not with this! The lessons are short and concise, with instant reward! Each short lesson is a review of words in very large print. Next page, it's put together in a story. So instant pride when my son can read a story! Tip: we use a piece of white paper to cover up the other words, so he doesn't get confused. Seems to be a good strategy, he loves his lessons, looks forward to them, and even asks to read from his book.

I love this! We have used Easy Peasy to aid my daughter in learning to read. This book is big and clear and so much easier for her to use. Well worth the money!

Very easy open book to use.

What a great book, especially when it is paired with the Easy Peasy Handwriting! I am using this for my son for summer school. I decided to do some homeschooling to keep him on a routine for the summer. He is 4 years old and extremely bright! He loves learning and this book by Lee Giles is kind of difficult, but I think it will help him for Kindergarten in the fall!

Love this program and used it with two of my children now and they both know how to read and have become good readers.. My second Child just started getting ready two and finished McGuffy Primer and she is 5 and has now learned how to read..this program really works and I highly recommend this program to anyone who is wanting to home school

I would highly recommend this book. I used it initially to supplement my daughter's reading program in school and noticed an immediate improvement. When we began home schooling, I Found this book fantastic to continue her reading lessons and start my sons reading program. This book incorporates sight words and then phonics, which suited my son perfectly. My daughter is nearly finished the book and I will graduate her to the EP readers, first, second and third etc. This course is free online with easy peasy home school, but I personally feel that to hold the book with your child is the ideal approach to relaxed learning to read at home. I can highly recommend this reading program......and I have researched many.

Brilliant format and clarity of text. A fab accompaniment to the online curriculum. My littlest is finding it much easier to follow the book. We love Easy Peasy!
