If you live in an old house, this is an answer to prayer. You can use these until you can get an electrician to come over. Plug them in and you are able to use all of your three prong plugs.

These were just what I needed. I wasn't able to use my 3-pronged corded laptop on my bed because the extension cord only works for 2 prongs and it was way too much of a hassle to move it. When the adaptors came, they seemed really snug but it comes out easily from the outlet if I'm not careful. It could be an issue with the extension cord, but I'll update a accordingly if it is. Update: does come out easily from one of my outlets, but it's the outlet and not the adaptor.
