BBQThis is probably the worst thing I have ever ordered from AmazonI shall be reporting this to Amazon as a regular customer and frequent shopper weekly due to my disability this is an utter shameful product on their siteNever mind being completely complicated to try and build buts its very dangerous as we are supposed to be using coals and fire on this item that doesn’t even hold straight or stands alone without support(As per picture)The entire BBQ is falling apart(As per picture)It’s taken us 4 hours to try and put it up for a function that we had plannedIt doesn’t have holes where it should haveto screw other sections into it !(As per picture)It’s doesn’t have a stable wheel rod as there’s nothing to stop or prevent the wheels from sliding into the middle therefore it doesn’t balance properly (so should it be fillies with coal and a burning fire going this is DANGEROUS IN MANY WAYS !(As per picture)It’s too dangerous to use as it leans to one side then collapsing when trying to make it stand unsupported(As per picture)The barrels do not close (so how does it cook food ?)(As per picture)The grills inside have nothing to sit on(As per picture)The side bench to hold utensil is pointing up to the sky because there’s no screws or holes fixed to the barrel to hold this into place correctly which should be parallel to the barrels(As per picture)The chimney lid doesn’t close at all(As per picture)There’s screws missing(As per picture)Holes are missing in the barrel(As per picture)Screws are hanging out the ledge causing a hazard and cuts to fingers as the screws are far too long(As per picture)There’s no holes fitted where there should be and the wheels are not steady aligned or even straight(As per picture)I would like a full refund and a replaced for my trouble with trying to build this with three other people and not having a BBQ fit for an arranged functionI would also respectfully request a full explanation as to why my product looks nothing like what is advertised please !(As per picture)The BBQ is an utter disaster for £120 and people need to know this is dangerous as it’s not sturdy enough nor fit for purpose

Disliked no manual

The build quality of this is ok but the biggest problem for me was a few design quirks. Having no external hole in the main drum makes it quite difficult to clean. Cheaper ones I Have had allowed the coals to be raised or lowered which allows temperature control, this doesn't have that at all. The smoker bit seems a bit heavy and could do with an extra support. The lids dont open as far as others which means you cannot put a chimney quick starter in it. Another thing missing is having a rack above which you can either put meat higher to keep warm or to use for heating rolls etc. Not a product I would buy again given these limitations.

Was a present for my daughter she loved it , good value and looks good

The paint on the lids and on other parts are peltingAnd assembling is not easy . Product is not a expected quality.

Poor made, and different from the photos

Hmm.Instructions are very poor. Item turned up with some damage that must have occured when it was factory packed.Internal seams rusty in places. Wooden shelves warped and mis-drilled.Both lids do not close, by some distance. Fiddly, silly screws. Could do with some gaskets between smoker and also to chimney.No instructions on use. No adjustment on either cooking or charcoal plates. Cooking area very confinedTools okay, nice cover.For the price - not good enough
