The description says holds 9 cups of batter, but I can't find any recipe for this amount, any suggestions please?

We give the total volume of the pan, which is 9 cups capacity, however you won't actually fill the pan with batter, you'll leave some room to allow for the cake to rise. There is a recipe included with the pan on the revere side of the packaging. You can also find some wonderful recipes on Nordic Ware's website and abound on the internet. How long do you bake cakes in this pan versus a regular cake pan?

Bundt pans usually take about an hour. Always check with a skewer before the hour is up. Also you can look for a bundt cake recipe. Information will be there. I have this pan, you have to butter and flour it completely on inside for easy release. I sifted powdered sugar over the finished cake and it looked just like snow. Beautiful!

I used this pan but i colored the batter green when i took out of oven it was grayish ? Did do wrong & how to privent it again

I colored my batter green using gel food coloring and it worked perfectly. I used a Duncan Hines yellow cake mix. Maybe try adding more food coloring next time for a brighter color?
