A qualty product to add to a curry

All the flavour, without as much heat as standard chilli powder.
I love being able to cook spicy food but with less heat for the children without compromising on flavour. Kashmiri chilli powder is perfect for that, and we get to enjoy madras, vindaloos and more. Still warming but nowhere near as spicy! Would recommend

Kashmiri chilli
Always loved this chilli. I've used Old India for a few things. I wanted it to make a chicken gun maroo. It turned out great and I can now poop through the eye of a needle!! Love it!!

Bright colour, fresh flavour and great value – ideal for curries
I used this in a butter paneer dish and it worked really well. It gave the curry a bright, vibrant colour and blended in easily thanks to the fine powder texture. It seemed fresh when opened and had a good flavour. The heat level was slightly stronger than some other Kashmiri chilli powders I’ve used, but still very enjoyable. Good value for the amount you get, and overall I was pleased with the quality. The only thing I’d improve is the bag isn’t resealable, so you’ll need to transfer it to a container or clip it closed after opening. I would happily buy this again.
