Bell & Gossett 120610 Mcdonnell & Miller Fs254 Flow Switch

I received an aftermarket version from a different manufacturer. The part looked very similar however I had to modify my coupling to make it functional. I was very dissatified with the part but I could not return it due to needing my furnace. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly and gave me a $20 credit for keeping the part. The seller also stated that it was an Amazon cross-reference problem and not the fault of the seller. The listing has since been removed so I suppose the seller was honest, otherwise I would have rated it a 1. It remains to be seen how this Armstrong part holds up compared to the original OEM part (12) years.

My pump died after many (2 boilers and 20+ years of use) years. Might of lasted longer if I would have stayed up on oiling the pump, but I got lazy and paid for it. Old pump was cast iron and had metal impeller. New is aluminum and plastic. I hope it lasts as long!?

Part arrived quick.It was half the price of any store that could get it for me local and it arrived fast, witch is important when this part fails it is a big problem. The part number in the description may not match what is on your pump.If the part number on your pump is 118844 this one will work, the difference is that 189134 comes with the impeller, and why would you want to put an old one in anyway. It also will work with part number 106189.

drop fit...on these type of pumps its not worth the trouble to put in just a seal kit...the whole bearing assemble is the way to go

This fit my pump but the number was 106189. It shipped quick and slipped right in. Pretty happy with it

This is the first major item I had to replace on my Burnham Boiler for home heat that is 30 years old. The new product is manufactured with the same specifications as the original pump bearing. I didn't see any deviations that would affect quality, and duration in the replacement item to save production costs.

This unit has been running for several months now. Perfect fit replacement for my B&G circulating pump. Very easy to replace, as it came with all necessary parts for a simple R & R.
