A light sleeper’s best friend
I have been using this product for years now and I always re order this brand. It’s easy to use, digests well and it helps me sleep better than without it. I’m an extremely light sleeper and this helps me to sleep more soundly but I still wake up to outside environmental conditions like noise or motion. I like this is made in USA, is effective and is affordable and reliable. The texture is easy to swallow and you get enough product to last a long time. I’m certain that I’ll continue to purchase this product in the future.

Buy for the strength, not taste.
I recently purchased these 20 mg up from 12 mg. They seem to help me fall asleep. Based on the brand, and prior usage, I thought they'd taste fairly good. That's the only complaint I have is the taste.

REALLY HARD TO CHEW
The Vitamatic Melatonin are supposed to be chewable. I guess they are but they're harder than a rock. I have to let them sit in my mouth for about 5 minutes before I can bite into them. I wouldn't buy them again & I wouldn't recommend that anyone else buy them either unless you swallow them whole.

Pros : Very fast acting. I have a very hard time falling asleep & was jetlagged severely after flying back from the EU to Singapore. This worked like a charm in terms of falling alseep. Cons : I did wake up after about 4-5 hours every night. But I just fall back asleep so not a super con but just something to keep in mind. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day. Of course I do not intend to take this regularly - but it is godsend if you are jetlagged! Recommend this product :)
