The media could not be loaded. I love this creasing machine. It is fast, reliable, and adds amazing texture to plain paper. Plus, it is easy to use and delivers fantastic results. Suggest you get some type of bucket or basket that is approx. 8.5 inches wide to support the crimper if you have a bulk amount as it becomes heavy and tiresome turning the knob. ( I used it for an excessive amount of scrap card stock. and have arthritis.)
