I bought this as a wedding gift for my daughter and son-in-law. She loves it and it works as it should. The screen is nice and clear and it’s easy to set up and use. She has it sitting in her kitchen with all of her wedding pictures on it. It was a great gift!

The Device is incredible and easy to use. However, I am awaiting for tech support to help with one issue. The feature to transfer pictures from my PC to the frame is not working. I will update this review at a later date based upon resolution of this issue. I am technically knowledgeable and confident it is not a user error. This is an update to my original review. I was able to transfer pictures from my PC to the FRAME. My original USB cables with the micro connector would not regnize the frame,although they worked on other devices. I ordered new cable from Amazon with a design of 480M bs data transfer and it worked. The instructions were rather vague. You must open up the folder and select 'Internal Storage' to get to the DCIM folder. Once there you can copy pictures to DCIM. Once I figured it out it works well and is easy to do. I do recommend this device and give it 4 stars rather than 5 as it is not easy for the non technical kind of folks. But it is nice Device with a lot of features for those that want to share pictures with other Frameo users

I really enjoy this frame! I was originally given one as a gift and loved it so much, i upgraded to a larger size. I also purchased 2 more and gave them as Christmas gifts. Both parties love their frames! I preloaded photos before gifting the frames, and wow...both parties sincerely cherished this. One of the people I gave a frame to was my mother in law who suffered from a stroke and is now in assisted living. I cannot convey how much joy she gets viewing photos from over the years on a screen like this. It has helped her tremendously. I took photos of her parents, sibling, friends, husband, kids, grandkids, pets, vacations, etc...and sent them to her frame. She had forgotten photos over time, so she really enjoyed receiving this gift. She now receives current photos from family members. It has helped keep her memories alive and fresh and it is a gift she relishes. As for my own frame, I love being able to view photos from my past and present every single day! What is a photo album if no one ever views it? With this frame, you decide what content will be visible and what you'd like to see. My photos of family, friends, and good times are definitely blessings that laid unseen far too long. This frame keeps my heart full and reminds me how blessed i am! i am truly a Frameo fan! There are setting options for time, weather, and captions (which you can display...or not), so you're always in control of what you and others can see. Also, the Frameo app is easy and free to use. Once you download the app, it is an easy process to upload photos and/or videos. The upload speed is pretty much instantaneous. This frame is not complicated and you can add, delete, or hide photos at your own discretion. Also, if you'd like, receiving photos from others isn't complicated either. In my opinion, this frame is a win-win! Beautiful, bright display as well!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife. It was super easy to set up and connect both of our phones so we can both add pictures. It looks great and has good picture quality. We have not tried videos on this yet so I have no input on that. She loves it. We will definitely be buying more for gifts and one for her desk at work.

Looks great and a good price in comparison to some of the name brand digital picture frames on the market. Has an app that you can upload the pics and videos on. Can only select like 10 pics at a time to upload so it can be a lengthy process but it's worth it in the end. Nice size screen and was able to connect to wifi really easily. Brightness and color is great and are easy to adapt. enjoyed the touch screen so you can go back and forth to pictures if you want. I bought as a birthday gift for my 91yr old grandpa because my grandma passed away this last year and he's been having a hard time. I will say that at first he had a hard time because of the videos that would play because they made him sad but after some time he came to be font of it and loves to hear her voice. There is an membership you can pay for if you want to be able to do things easier on it and through the app but I didnt care for that and Im so tired of everything being behind a pay wall. My grandpa doesn't have wifi so I set it up at my house and was worried at first that it owuld need it to work but the photos are saved on the device so it doesn't need the wifi to run and its perfectly fine to run offline.
