Standing Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser Movable Sanitizer Station with Height Adjustable Metal Stand and Refillable Canister Anti-Theft Design

I don't really write reviews but just wanted to commend this company for their excellent customer service. We have used 3 of these in our building since April 2021. No drippage issues for us though that may depend on the type of sanitizer you use and pretty good battery life even though we just leave them on all the time. Anyway, we lost the set of "keys" that open these things up. Got in touch with the company and they shipped us a new set, no questions asked, no cost to us, very quickly. Thank you!

We are an essential business so we have been open during COVID but customers no longer come into our office. We are doing front door and parking lot service, and we put this outside our front door each day, along with a "tray table" that has a doorbell on it - it works well and our customers love it. I love that we can refill it with our own hand sanitizer because we definitely have a preferred brand. Editing june, 2022 to add that this is still going strong. We have used Germ-X original hand sanitizing gel exclusively in this machine with no problems and little to no mess. We do have to tighten the height adjustment occasionally but I think that is because we have to move it in and out every day.

I ordered 6 of these for my office. 5 of the 6 were great. I had one that had a stand that had not completed the manufacturing process. The 3 holes that are used to mount the plate and pump assembly to the pole were there, but the holes were not tapped, so I couldn't put the screws in. Luckily I had some self tapping sheet metal screws available and was able to assemble.

The first one I received it didn't work, the sensor was off and the gel was coming out when hands were moved away, no when the hand is under it. The vendor responded quickly and sent me a new dispenser, without me having to return the broken one.I didn't want to buy a different one from another company, because this stand was my favorite.The new dispenser is working just fine.

Solid metal base makes for a very sturdy stand. Assembly was straightforward with easy-to-follow instructions. Took one star off, because 4 stands were ordered but only two were delivered. Kudos, however, to customer service who when notified shipped the two missing stands the next day.

The product is exactly what was shown on the web. Works great, easy to put together, no problems....but the reason I would buy from this company again is because of the customer service. I ordered 2 of these, received one due to a FEDEX foul-up, but Ned Pearson IMMEDIATELY went to work, found the second one in some sort of twilight zone, and IMMEDIATELY sent me another one, 2 day express, even though I told him it wasn't an emergency. This will be my "Go-To" company whenever they have something I need!

The item was easy to assemble and sturdy. It is professional in appearance and works well. I do not see a light shining as has been described to indicate it is on but may be because it is being used with the provided AC adapter rather than battery. I am pleased with this item and would recommend it.
