Not sure if this provided any benefit. Was out of breath while using it but never really noticed and phlegm or anything like that.

WAY Better for me than Melatonin
Melatonin seems to make me jittery the next day. This doesn’t. It helps me get drowsy if I take it around bedtime, with the added benefit that I haven’t had to use my lung meds as much. I’ve been buying for over a year now and felt it was time to say how great Mullein is.Recently I added chamomile and occasionally a little magnesium and definitely get a deeper sleep, but Mullein alone did the trick. I start with one, and if that’s not doing it, two always does. As a light sleeper who only gets a few hours (and if I’m up, it’s hard to get back to sleep because my brain goes into overdrive thinking about things), it has been great.
