Size:18" x 48" "18 x 48" Lexan Polycarbonate Sheet 1/4" thick. Nominal size saw cuts. Allow + or - 1/8" tolerance in width and length. Lexan Polycarbonate Sheet offers an alternative to glass for do-it-yourself household projects and commercial ventures alike. The clear lexan sheet permits light transmission and maintains glass-like clarity. It is coated to protect against UV rays. The lexan sheet is strong and shatter resistant. It can be used for a variety of domestic applications, including storm doors and replacement windows, safety guards, garage windows etc. Suggested commercial applications include security and vandal protection, safety guards and many more.

Great for Aquarium Tops
Made a near perfect top for a 20-gallon fancy guppy breeding aquarium. Watched a few YouTube videos on how to cut the material and made the cuts easily. Replacing the original top with a clear top adds light and new viewing dimensions. Great product.

Cuts/Drills/Easy to Work with! Very Strong and Stable! Reliable!
Am I just lucky with my Jigsaw and drill bits / counter sinks / circular saw? Man?! No lie I was so "scared" to make my Makita Trim Router Base Plate reading articles left and right stating you need special Acrylic cutting blades yadda yadda; you just need a high tooth count, like a shark, you must be one with a shark ;) JK, I really mean to say, this cuts/drills (I'm using a non-primo cordless Ryobi drill and impact drill for this BTW, in no means fancy, circle drill bits even (Fostner bits? No no, basic, $5 hole drill) I mean I've been ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH, ROUGH! With this and it's not cracked zero micro cracks, I think I wasted one sheet just from manic excitement via the ease of writing with it!

This stuff is better than acrylic for certain woodworking jigs and applications
Stronger and less likely to shatter under hard-working woodworking applications.

Nice and clear, no rough edges
This was a great transaction. The sheet was covered with paper on both sides to protect it from getting scratched and there were no rough edges so they just have deburred them after cutting it to size. Very nice!

Exactly what i hoped for!
This is a really legit piece. I used it to make a sluice box. Sturdy, easy to drill through, didnt crack, holds up nicely

Good not great
The 2x4' sheet i ordered came with a couple ~1/4" square impressions ~1/16" deep in the plastic. This did not happen in shipping, could use better QC. The width was within tolerance (-0.125") but the length was about -0.25". Everything else was as expected.

Used this sheet for a custom windshield on my Polaris Ranger. Very srtong, scratches easily.
