Defrost function works well, temperature not too bad, usually set it to 4 minutes to get it toasted enough. Only reason it's not five stars is it doesn't lift the toast high enough and there is no extra lift on the return lever like in some toasters, other than that it does the job and looks great!

Captains log. Stardate. I blamed someone else for dropping the toaster on the floor and that was the reason it had packed in....I thought the cracks that appeared in the front were as a result of collision. No... it seems despite the awesome looking aesthetics this one may most likely have been super cheaply manufactured (let's just say not in the United Kingdom) with INFERIOR materials.I am truly sad. It toasts well for the time being. It does the whole slice, not 3/4 like some others. Sadly I already threw away the box. Cracks have already started to form on replacement.... Looking at options.
