Q: Just received the smart 6000N white, the modes do not light up. Is it faulty and needs replacing?

Black and white version don't show the modes, Amazon has just changed the description, clever. I bought my black on deal so I'm not complaining but it's not a fair move, Braun/Oral-B, not nice. Only white/light blue version shows the modes properly.

Q: Want to buy one of these for use by myself / wife / child each using separate heads. Does the brushing app cater for this - e.g profile for each?

You can use the toothbrush and Oral-B app with multiple people, but all brushing events get collated in one statistics overview. This means that brushing sessions recorded from different individuals will not be distinguishable within the app. The current app does not offer management of individual user accounts. Q: Is this more powerful than my oral b pro 3

The Pro 3 and the Smart 6 6000N have the same oscillations and pulsations in Daily Clean, Sensitive and Whitening (if your Pro 3 has the Whitening mode). Thus, there are no difference in terms of speed of the oscillations/pulsations. That said, the Smart 6 benefit from having more brushing modes. Your Oral-B Team
