Came in clear bag so wasn't sure if genuine and on using when cleaning I found that the filter were greasy like so not sure what's going on

I purchased my hot tub in 2021 and these didn’t fit.
Just because you bought your hot tub 2020 or newer doesn’t mean these will fit.
