I can’t go without these pills! They are priced reasonably and work great. I have curly thick hair that gets split ends verrry easily. It’s so frustrating! This product works amazingly to keep my hair thick and strong. I still get split ends, but not to the degree that I did without it. I’ve tried so many “split ends” products but hair products are not the answer- it needs to be treated internally. The pills are very easy to swallow and though some have reported the pills getting stuck together in the bottle, I’ve never experienced more than the last 4 in the bottle being this way and it’s really no biggie. Bonus: my nails are also so much stronger! If you’re having problems with nails or hair, give this a try for a month and you’ll see results.

I started taking this in hopes that my hair would grow. I have noticed after taking for a couple of months that my nails have become healthier. Right before starting this supplement, I had most of my hair cut off. I wanted to start healthy. I have not noticed a difference in thickness of my hair, but have noticed that my hair is growing longer faster. So if you are looking for new hair growth, or thickness I wouldn't go in super confident, but if growth is what you are looking for, that's a thumbs up. This brand has also proven to be reliable and consistent with good quality products.

Works well. Got it because my beard was coming out just with a gentle brush with my fingers . I've been taking this daily and now not losing much as I run my hands thru my beard. Nice and strong and can tell it's more lively.Only issue I have now is i need to trim my nails more often 😂

The media could not be loaded. These are the real deal. I have always used this. Grows my hair and nails like magic. Plus the soft gel makes it easier to take. This has the highest biotin and I love that as it is strong.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:You don’t need the expensive brands. These work just as well! My hair and nails grow so fast and healthy.. I also use collagen powder though too.

I have been using this product for a while, but it’s the first time I purchased on Amazon. The price is way better than the grocery/drug store.I started taking this product to help with my hair loss when I started menopause. I had handfuls falling out in the shower. I tried different shampoos and serums, with no results. Then I started taking this daily. It probably took at least a month to start seeing results, but it really does help. It’s been about 6 months since I started taking this product and it really is a game changer. I only wished I would have started taking this sooner. Highly recommend!
