Dash Mini Maker - Set of 2

Very pleased with this mini Dash waffle maker set. I couldnt decide on which style to get so I was tickled to find a variety pack. Just little contraptions that take up no room. I grab for these over other kitchen gadgets just because of the ease of it all. I didnt even want one that swaps plates. i really just like having the 3 separate units. They are tiny and truly take up very little room, I was SUPER stoked to find use with the flat griddle option. I figured I would use it for eggs, but not often I want just one egg, ya know? BUT today (and what is what inspired me to write a review) is that I made a special/rare trip to a local chain (Timmy Ho's) cafe for a breakfast sandwich. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on a croissant (round bun shape not a croissant shape). I brought it home and noticed NO egg on either. OMG this sandwich would be dead/ to me if it didnt have egg. It occurred to me to use this contraption so I would get the same size egg as the breakfast bread. Brilliant that I remembered. I just plugged it in and it automatically turns on. I cracked one egg into it, closed the lid. Basically I made one "sunny side up" (but cooked through). Then the next one I scrambled (and poured into device). Both cooked quickly and turned out perfectly. In fact the scrambled one looked just like I expected on the sandwich and tastes and has same mouth feel. SO HUGE WIN for a mistake I was not going to go back to the cafe to fix (several miles away). Anyhoo.. the other 2 are same size, just different cook plate.

These are so adorable and just perfect for any one of cooking age. I bought as a birthday gift and the same night my daughter used one to grill her burger. It was perfect. Great product and cook ability. Cannot wait to see how the other two in the set do but feel they will be wonderful to use and easy to clean as this one was.

LOVE the mini grill, waffle and griddle. I've used the grill several times for a quick burger or chicken sandwich. The grill doesn't close completely with a store-bought 5oz burger, but that's ok. It produces enough heat to cook it thru. In the future, I'm buying bulk ground meat and making my own 3oz patties since that is enough to satisfy me. I'm buying a 4-inch patty press so they'll fit this grill. I made two 4-inch chaffles on the mini waffle maker - Yum! Not only do they make a fast, richly flavored sandwich or burger bun, you can eat one as a satisfying snack or dessert if you use a keto-friendly, churro-chaffle recipe. I made a 1-egg omelette on the griddle just for fun and I'll be making more in the future! I whipped an egg, added a little diced onion, bell pepper, and 1 thin slice of ham, also diced. I smeared a little bacon grease on the top and bottom griddle, plugged it into my Jackery500, and waited about 1-2 minutes for the blue light to turn off, signally that it's preheated and you can start cooking. My ingredients filled but didn't overflow the griddle, I closed it and let it cook about 3 minutes, opened the griddle and pulled the egg from the edges to the middle so the uncooked inside would flow out and cook. I closed it again about 2 minutes, opened it, added 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan on top, closed it, unplugged it, and waited not quite a minute for the cheese to melt. WOW! A perfect little 4-inch mini omelette. Delish! It took about 6-7 minutes to cook it. All 3 Mini Makers are listed as drawing 350-watts, however, when I used the mini griddle, and powered it with my Jackery500, it never used above 297-watts. Nice! And it used 4% total of the Jackery's charge to cook a 4-inch omelette. I would buy these Mini-Makers again in a heartbeat. The beauty of these mini appliances is how fast they cook (heat on both sides of your food) and how little energy they require. I bought them to use camping in my teardrop trailer so I could conserve my propane while not draining my battery when there's no electric hookup available. But I've used one of them about every other day at home because they are so energy efficient, cook FAST, and there's so little clean-up.

I'll admit, I use the pancake iron more then the waffle iron. 🧇 However, both are easy to use, easy to clean. Generally my hubby doesn't eat pancakes or waffles so for just me I can make 3 of either and it fills me up. Which is odd considering how small they actually look. I also prefer not to use cooking spray on the top grill since it seems to just find its way to the hinge area which can be difficult to get cleaned out. This of course leads to needing to flip my pancake or waffle so it browns evenly on both sides. But I'm fine with that. It still cooks faster then using a skillet and wipes clean when you use the right amount of batter to not overflow it. Otherwise you will have drips around the outside bottom part of the iron. I love that all I have to do is plug it in and no need to adjust heat for the perfect temperature. Just wait on the light to let me know its ready to use.

I like the hamburger and pancake grills. I use the pancake grill to cook eggs, shrimps, and cook a little vegetables. I don't have much use for the waffle maker. Maybe consider making an electric bowl (size of a rice bowl) for soup instead of a waffle maker. That would make the perfect set and probably attract more buyers. I like small/portable and non-stick electric appliances because it is for single serving. Plus, it doesn't use a lot of oil. I use them before each meal. They make great gifts for college students, someone that likes to make simple meals/don't have much space, great for older people, and someone with arthritis because they are not heavy. The price is reasonable. I definitely recommend gifting it to others because they love how convenient it is after they use it for a few times. It is perfect for lazy or sick days because there is not much to clean-up.

No complaints at all. Have been using a little DASH griddle for ages to quickly fry an egg at work, and wanted another cooker for a secondary work location. , so got the 3 in 1 pack: My kids wanted the waffle maker, and we use the grill for quick lunches. Heats up fast, cooks quickly through the base as well as the heated cover. Only needs a quick wipe with paper towel to clean up. You do need to unplug it to turn off the power. Also have a DASH rapid egg cooker (to hard boil eggs). They always come out perfectly cooked. Has an alarm to announce it's done and to shut off the machine. (I wanted a 2nd cooker and made the mistake of going with another brand, which overcooked the eggs, and had a poorly marked water measuring cup, unlike the better-designed DASH. Lesson learned.) These are inexpensive but not cheaply made machines. Still in regular use >9 years.

Gave this as a wedding gift. It came super quick and in perfect condition. We use these in our home and love them. Perfect size, works well, easy to store, easy to clean!

These little Dash irons are an absolute MUST if you’re on a Keto diet!! The Chaffle becomes part of your daily routine quickly with these. They are the perfect size for a sandwich!! This morning I made eggs in the griddle, sausage in the grill, and chaffles in the waffle maker. I was able to use all three and make the perfect breakfast sandwich! Some things to note: 1. They get hot so be mindful of where you use them. 2. The waffle iron is super picky on the amount of fluid used. It over flows quickly so put a plate under it. Lesson learned the hard way!! 3. Don’t expect them to get perfectly clean. The non-sticking coating works great but there’s no way to immerse them in water so the cracks and crevices retain some food. The usage outweighed this for me! 4. The easier way to grease them is to spray a little cooking oil in the bottom then use a silicone brush to spread it around the top and bottom plates. You’ll thank me later for that tip!! These make chaffles easy and with endless possibilities!! Get you some before everyone figures this out!!

Mi esposo y yo hemos comprado sartenes pequeños para hacer huevos estrellados y siempre se nos pegan o tenemos que usar mucha grasa. Con estos solo un poquito de aceite y queda un huevo estrellado perfecto.. o un mini omelette del tamaño perfecto para ponérselo a un sandwich. Hemos hecho huevo, hotcakes, waffles, papas ralladas, calentar biskets... todo queda muy bien, muy útil y te evitas la lavada del sartén para cuando solo quieres desayunar y lanzarte a tu trabajo. Lo recomiendo mucho !!!

I ordered these as I seen how compact and convenient they are . Got rid of my bigger, small appliances . Been playing with all 3 and all I can say is " love them" Experimenting with different meal ideas .Make waffle burgers , Chicken and waffle burgers , don't buy bread buns any more , they go moldy before I finish them , takes just minutes to cook something. And great if your in full blown summer and don't want heat up your house from the stove . love the omelet grill as I eat eggs about every day ,so it great to invent different combinations.. Love that the grill is raised so the fat drains into the ridges for less calories and you get that BBQ grilled effect . Would totally order this product again.Already recommended to my family and friends

De las mejores compras. Los uso casi diario y me han funcionado perfecto; nunca había sido tan fácil hacer hot cakes o waffles. Se preparan bastante rápido, no se pegan y quedan muy bien de consistencia y forma. Además están hermosos porque son pequeñitos. Los recomiendo si sólo te cocinas para ti, porque sí son muy chiquitos.

These are great little grill items. I split the 3 of them with my kids since I already had my own. They work quickly. Buy them you won't regret it. No messing up your kitchen and easy to clean.
