Stuff 4 Multiples Twingaroo Twin Baby Carrier, Blue/Cream/Green

This purchase was made on March 1, 2018. When I made this purchase I did not realize that the converting strap was not included, I thought it was. I don't think the details were clear that it needed to be ordered separately in the description when my niece & nephew registered for their babies on Amazon. My niece’s due date was July 4, 2018, the babies were 8 weeks early, May 4th. The girls are just about the right size & weight to be able to use the Twingaroo Twin Carrier. We tried ordering the strap and it is on back order with no estimated delivery date. I realize that the purchase was just a little over 8 months ago but without the strap it does them no good. The Twingaroo Twin Carrier has not been used. Can this be returned so they can purchase a product they can use?

Because I didn't actually get to try it out, I'll give the carrier the benefit of the doubt when it comes to how well it fits and how comfortable it is when wearing it. Mine (khaki) arrived stained with purple blotches across the front carrier portion, which I could have lived with IF it worked. However, it didn't come with assembly instructions, despite a "warning: please read all assembly and use instructions before use" tag on the front of the carrier. After an hour on youtube, the best I can figure is that the buckles that are supposed to connect just don't connect to each other. They're the same size buckle but they are two different types of buckle. I tried to contact Stuff4Multiples, but they only answer the phone if you want to place an order, not when you have problems with their product.

This is not that easy to get on. I have twins and have found the best way to babywear both is with two separate structured carriers.

Daughter says it works great. I still don't know how she gets one in the back and then puts one in the front, but she has it mastered!

I wish I could wear my bigger baby on the front. He hates being on the back and my smaller twin hates the front. Other wearing options would be wonderful.

Gotta have it. Tricky the first several attempts but you'll get it :-)

Love!!!! I did some research before purchasing and this came out the winner!! Its comfortable for mommy/daddy/babies.

Absolutely a must have with twins. Now I use it with my singleton (& sometimes one of my toddlers). I love the backpack and use it often! If purchased again, perhaps I would get in black as the khaki is stain orange from sun block. Easy to wear.
