Versatile
A Rotolight system is expensive and as such this kit represents exceptional value for money. Great for taking snaps/vids with your phone and vlogging. It's also useful for general lighting and can be used as a small back or fill light in a larger Rotolight set-up. Can be used as a short selfie stick. The light can be used with their shotgun mic and cold shoe. Folding, extendable legs together with a ball head and slotted accesssory bar make for a lot of options. The smartphone clip can be mounted vertically and can be removed for use with a camera. Clip is adjustable to around 3" (will take a Samsung Galaxy S20+ phone in a Spigen case). Sturdy with a metal bar, but lightweight. Nice colour temperature that is balanced for daylight and comes with gel filters. Light is fixed, non-dimmable and uses 3 x AA batteries.

Great value for a really useful tool
This has already proved itself as a useful tool for lighting a series of Zoom meetings without incurring the pasty faced look, thanks to the enclosed filters supplied. It is also a really good small lighting rig for photography and vlogging. All round, well made, useful and excellent value.

Strong, light and handy
Almost perfect set - missing only a way to attach the light to a gimbal for better stabilization in motion

Fantastic Vlogging kit
Great kit for YouTube videos and Vlogging. Very easy to use, and the light makes an instant difference. The phone holder easily fits my iPhone 11 Pro and the light mounts right alongside. Very lightweight and folds up so great for travel also.

Well worth the money.
Great piece of kit, which would be even better, if there was also a portrait mounting option.

I really like this tripod. It is stable and easy to use. However, the ring light is just not bright enough and does not last very long. If you use rechargeable batteries it will not be bright enough to act as a ring light for more than 10-15 minutes. Disappointing result, but I kept it for the versatile and easy to use stand.

So this tripod is a actual pain to use, especially because it's legs don't lock, so it's tipping over constantly. So no, I can't imagine taking this thing anywhere with me, less I begin to contemplate my choices and the meaning of it all, and eventually, my own death. The light is so dim it feels like I'm using a survival flashlight (which if you don't know are very, very dim flashlights you go on long hiking trips with). It looks nice, good job I guess. It's a $90 headache basically.

The lighting provided was negligible at best. Taking off the lens to change filters almost impossible. Very poor design and Rotolight knows it because they mention it in their instructional video. Go figure🤦🏽♂️
