You may need to use the jack port adapter
I think it's a great mic. Be aware that the male end of the 3.5mm jack may not be appropriate for your device. What happened to me, and what some others may be complaining about is that when the mic is plugged into your laptop, the mic won't work. That is because the bare jack that it comes with is not the right one for your home device and you have to use the adapter. I attached two pictures and there is a jack port with three black bands on the metal end and another with two bands on the metal end. The adapter is the one with the two black bands and the one most suitable for your consumer devices if the bare male end jack doesn't work. Hope that helps.

This never worked
This product was awful, it never actually worked, and it was a pain in the butt to try and get somebody online who knew how to make it work if it wasn’t just dysfunctional

Simple, Well-Made, and Does Exactly What It’s Supposed To
This product works exactly as described and feels well made right out of the box. Setup/use was straightforward, and everything fit and functioned as expected with no issues. The quality is solid for the price, and it’s been reliable since I started using it. I appreciate the thoughtful design — nothing overcomplicated, just practical and effective. It does what I needed it to do and has been a great addition overall. If you’re looking for something dependable that gets the job done without fuss, this is a good buy.

Great mic, okay-ish clip
The clip is sadly a little flimsy, but the mic itself has really good sound quality for the size that it is. I use mine for streaming, and my audience can hear my voice like I'm sitting rmin the same room as them. Despite the clip breaking easily, just use a binder clip and you're solid.

Didnt work for me.
It worked great for making videos with my phone. Didnt work at all plugged in to my laptop which is what i needed it for.

Sound quality superior to garden variety cheaper microphones.
I plug this microphone into a sound transmitter in order to interpret for another person from a distance. Since I started using this mike I no longer get complaints about the poor sound quality of the equipment!

this thing does not work, plain and simple. it is pretty pitiful, but for like $4 i didnt even bother mailing it back. buy a different one pls, spend a few more bucks on something actually decent.
