Easy to setup
I purchased these for my tv service and they work great. The boxes are thin and don’t take much space. The remote has all of the buttons including the red, blue, green one’s that we needed. I will be buying a few more.

Look no further
After having a couple of WD video players for years and all of them dying on me, I did a little research and came across this player to be honest with you I was a little skeptical finally I gave in and order it. Actually it turned out To be one of the best players I have ever had. Sounds great, picture is great, easy to use, after a little configuration here in there, it’s perfect!

The media could not be loaded. If I have to pay n/p need an other remote control please.

Not new!!
Received refurbished box even though product details say it is new. Also was unable to use because box location was set to outside of North America even though I am in the US and would not allow me to use even after changing location to US. Very disappointed.

Just what I needed.
I had this same product while living in the UAE. When I returned to the US, I needed a plug/voltage that conformed to US standards. Everything worked fine. I will probably get another one for an additional TV.
