Superb Product
Used as an ingredient for various recipes white truffle, black truffle and porcini mushrooms add superb flavours. I think these 3 little pots are a bargain for the quantity of product you get and the depth of flavours. Half a teaspoon of the white truffle pot will give a 2 person portion of chips/fries a wonderful hit of truffley goodness.I've even put a teaspoon of the black truffle into a little mixing bottle with some extra virgin olive oil and made my own truffle oil for next to nothing.What an amazing little find !!
