I have been taking Extra Strength Prevagen for a couple of years now. When I started taking it, it was three months before I noticed a difference but it was obvious when it kicked in. My memory was not as foggy. Two months ago I started taking Professional Strength when I noticed it on Amazon. I am sure my memory has improved further. I am not as quick or sharp as when I was young, but I notice I am able to recall quicker than before I upgraded. Not sure what to expect I started alternating the professional strength every other day with the Extra Strength and will keep doing so until my Extra Strength is all gone.
