Best Carrots I've Had
I was so impressed with this order of Fresh Carrots from Ooty. They arrived looking absolutely gorgeous—bright orange, firm, and with no soft spots or blemishes. They had that wonderful, slightly sweet, earthy smell you expect from really fresh produce. I used half of them for roasting (caramelized beautifully!) and the other half raw for a salad and dipping. The texture was perfect—nice and crisp, not woody or limp at all.
