I really like this pillow. I have an old car that has been well loved. The drivers seat has lost a lot of it's cushion so I needed something to make longer drives easier and lifted me up a little bit, I'm short and can only raise the seat a couple inches. This pillow is perfect. It's comfortable, I have a pretty bad back, and my bum starts to hurt after sitting for about an hour and this has made a huge impact on that. I haven't really noticed and cooling but it doesn't seem to hold much heat. Good support. Size is perfect. Definitely sturdy. I've been using it for at least a month and it still looks brand new. I definitely recommend!

I am short which hampers my vision in the car in the first place. Also pain and discomfort often accompanies longer trips. I researched a lot of these and they can go for as high as $200. I decided to try this one which is a fraction of some of the others. It does the job! It increases my comfort level considerably reducing pressures from the hips and tail-bone areas. It does it's job in raising my sitting height as well. I can now see everything above the steering wheel. Most importantly while comfortably supporting it does not compress so its dimensions are stable.

I bought this for my commute. I commute about an hour each way. I was starting to feel strain on my left hip, and so I decided to alleviate that pain by getting more support on my bottom. I find my posture is better, and it helps with the pain. I also enjoy the added height as I am 5'5 not super short, but I like the extra height. If you are taller you may not like that. The seat cushion fits perfectly on my honda hrv driver seat. I like that the cushion has a seat belt to keep it from moving. Will update as I use the item longer. This is only one week in.

I purchased this seat cushion at the suggestion of my PT professionals to assist with some hip-back connection issues I have been working on. It helps me to sit more erectly while remaining comfortable. I have had it for a few days and it is serving me well. I like the non-skid bottom. It can be used on cloth chairs in the house (where I currently am using it) or in the car. I am appreciating this product so far.

I have sciatica issues for several years now, bought this to replace first one....1st I noticed it came vacuumed sealed in a carrying bag, waste of money! You can't get it back into the nor would you need to, the seat has a strap on it itself. 2nd the cover seems to be of great quality and comfortable, however, not so sold on the actual cushion yet....it seems to be flattening out, considering I've only used it for less than 2 weeks...so I'm saying 3star

This is second time I ordered this cushion. I am in the car alot it started to break down to where I could feel the metal parts and it was no longer even all the way across. This messed up something in my hips and it was uncomfortable to sit most places...couches, arm chairs, etc. Within a week of using this seat all that went away!

For a long time, would get bad pains in my legs when driving for a long distance. Just before driving across the country with my son, I got a couple of of seat cushions to try, and felt this one was the best. I returned the others and kept this one, and I made the right call. No more pain! Now, when I commute about an hour or so, a couple of times a week, I am still able to drive in comfort and have no issues. Life saver! Getting one for the office, now...
