Excellent product. Surprised how effective and efficient these small heaters work and the range the cover.

I read a lot of reviews for an assortment of heaters that all looked like these from a lot of different sellers and ordered this one. What I figured out is most of them read out in Celcius, but the model made by BRIGHTOWN is in Fahrenheit, which is what I received from my order (and I will order again for another!). It will show Brightown on the box, and on the unit itself. Otherwise they all look identical except for.. what I gather is probably some type of chip inside that makes the LED display show the thermostat in either celcius or Fahrenheit. Anyway, the unit is fantastic in small spaces. I used it in a small bedroom with a bath, it works great. It puts out a surprising amount of heat when you keep the door closed to keep the heat in. You can raise or lower the temp with the buttons right on the unit and the temp display to show exactly what temp you want, and the thermostat in the unit will either keep the unit running to maintain that temperature, or turn the unit off once it's achieved. Directions are easy to follow. I love that it's flush to the wall, so no stepping over a corded space heater. I also love that it's only 350 watts. Now, if you have a larger room, a 350 watt heater won't work for you, however, putting one unit one side of the room, and another on the other side of the room might work great, I could see that. You can feel the heat coming out of it.

First off I love the fact this thing is cheap and compact but yet still has a thermostat you can set AND a remote so I don't even have to get out of bed to turn it on in the mornings! I can literally wake up on my alarm, sleepily turn it on with the remote and then get another 30-45+ minutes (I set an early alarm on purpose) or I can leave it on a low setting all night so the room is warmer when I actually have to get up! This thing is very quiet so if you do run it overnight it won't be a problem. I will say I live in a milder area of the US, so it probably doesn't go below 50 F at night here (maybe high 40's at worst). And after using this thing for a month during Jan/Feb I've never had a problem keeping my bedroom in the high 60's or so. Not sure how good it is in colder temps since it does take a little bit of time to have an effect (being so small) but if it's for a small room it should be fine! Just remember to change the thermostat temp to something comfortable since the default is 90 DEGREES! Also a little BTW, this heater also has a nice little feature that I figured out on my own (since the minimal instructions left it out) was that you can rotate the plug on the back if your socket is at an angle or something you can rotate/adjust it and still have it plugged in the right way up.....which was a relief since when I first got it I was thinking I was gonna be forced to have it upside down. lol Anyway this is a great little heater for any small room, would definitely recommend.

My house has a small 36 sq ft bathroom that does not get adequate airflow. As a result, my towels and bathmats in that bathroom do not get dried adequately and the room smells like old wet towels. The humidity stays pretty high as well. I wanted to install a ceiling heater/fan combo but the bathroom has funky wiring for the fan, and that setup would cost more than I was willing to spend to resolve this issue at this time. Well, the heater showed up today, and plugged in safely thanks to the rotating plug. Don’t forget to turn on the on switch on the side before you start wondering why the power button doesn’t work. At first, I was extremely underwhelmed at the amount of heat coming out. However, within a half hour, the bathroom was warmed up adequately and the heater was at that point just maintaining. One of the things I was curious about was if it had to be on a timer or if it could just run. Looks like it can maintain temperature just fine. After showering and hanging fresh towels, walking into the bathroom no longer has that mildewy stink hit you in the face. The temp is comfortable and easily managed. The bad. As expected, expect a heavy plastic smell upon first use. Once the unit warms up and stays warm for a while, the smell greatly diminishes. I also don’t know if I would trust it for much more than I am using it for currently. This seems to be a pretty adequate size match but we need to make sure the door stays shut or the unit just runs and runs. Overall, this fits my needs and fits it well. If I can even get a year out of it, I think it will have paid for itself by keeping my newly remodeled bathroom fresh.

The heat output is great for a small room or office cubicle. It recently started making a VERY loud noise when turned on. The noise lasts for about 1-2 mins then stops but kind of embarrassing if using in an office.
