I had ordered Florshime shoes but had to return them as when I polished them they streaked. These shoes are wonderful and cost much less. Most important to me was that the sole is stitched on and not glued on as I have had glued on soles which came apart in the past. Being sowed on they can be replaced with new soles when they get worn out and will not dislodged as with glued on soles. I wear a "B" width which is a narrow, size 12 and theses fit perfectly and I wear a heavy wool blend sock all the time. They also have a very comfortable insoles with a medium to high arch support. The leather is soft and pliable. Shoe strings are waxed. I highly recommend this brand

Like some other reviews, I ordered the classic 612 dark brown but got the 613 yellow brown. Not a bad color but not what I ordered. I'll keep them and see how it goes.

These shoes are surprisingly good quality considering the price. They are comfortable, look great and the quality is impressive all things considered. The only thing I would question is the durability of the soles but, considering that I've spent more on plastic flip flops, I'm not concerned about that. These aren't an everyday pair of shoes for me so if they last a couple of years, great! Highly recommended, especially for the periodic wearer!

It's very comfy, the heel part is not made of wood so when you walk it's very quiet, and also makes your legs feel less stressed. My last one was made of wood, and I was very tired every day wearing it working and walking around, but not with this Valrain Oxfords, I can stand for 8 hours and only feel a bit tiredness. The leather part idk what to compare, it's easy to leave some scratch, but pretty much all the dress shoes does, I'm ok with the leather with its given price, I just like the way it designs its stitches, the stitches design is a lot more stylish and minimalism compared to its competitors(for the similar price range), that's why I picked it after browsing more than 30 different dress shoes.I might buy a brown pair in the future just to match with my navy blue dress pants, and perhaps 2 more pairs for back ups, since you never know when this kind of shoes will disappeared on Amazon, my last dress shoes was golden rush and they don't make my shoes anymore, I feel sad that I didn't go buy more while I had the chance.

When looking for great shoes my hubby is a tough sale. He wants a great look, fit and something that he can dance in. This was a great pick- fit was on point, good look with a smoother sole was perfect for dancing. A++ all around.

Nice budget shoe. You have to keep them polished though, because when they're dull, it's easy to tell they aren't high quality... They are comfortable.

These shoes look great, feel great, and appear that for the price they are a good deal. The only reservation I have is that I can't tell if the upper is real leather. They are very soft but the texture of the outside feels almost more like fabric than leather. Time will tell if they hold up. I'll revise the review and give them a 5 star if they do.Update—They get black scuffs (I think from the heel of the shoe) that I can’t get off. I never have had a pair of leather shoes that have done this. Either it’s a thin leather veneer or not leather at all. Downgrade to a 1 star. I’m just waiting for another pair of shoes to replace them with.

El modelo es padrisimo pero si aconsejo un número menos por que viene amplio, yo pedí 27.5 osea 9.5 y aun que es mi medida el zapato me quedo grande entonces tuve que pedir un 26 para que me quedara super bien, yo si los recomiendo;super padres.

Just received the shoe today. Yet to wear but it indeed feels a size larger. Front part is a little longer and didnt really like it.

Los zapatos son elegantes pero se aflojan y la platilla dura muy poco si quieres zapatos que duren estos zapatos no so la opción incluso vienen hasta mal pintados.
