Mine arrived with two weights that don’t stay in the box, what are they for?

The weights are to increase the weight of the tissue box, so that it can stand upright in place. If the weights are not glued securely, please contact us for a replacement. We have not seen any problems like this before in the past.

That being said, if you find a cheaper price elsewhere, we encourage you to shop there instead. Is the item wall mountable?

Although you could adhere with double sided tape, this item was not to be mounted.

Tissues come out all torn is there any special brand that works better or maybe there is a trick to loading them in?i

I never had this issue; I would just recommend you don't fill the box too much, and pull out only one tissue which acts as her skirt. If u pull out that single tissue only one more should pull out! I have used Kleenex brand and generic tissues without issue. Good luck!
