These pagers work much better than the cheaper versions I’ve bought for our business in the past. Food would sit at the pick up window because the strength of signal wasn’t near what these are. Our business is on 3 acres and people hang around outside, so a good pager is crucial. I don’t regret spending more than I have in the past because the customer flow is much better now. The customer service is great and the sticker quality is awesome. They’re American made as well.

Two Summer seasons and half are working

We have been using this pager system for a year and it has worked great. We had started to have an issue this year and we called the service phone number. Our information was taken, and Bryan called us back very quickly. He diagnosed our problem and sent us a new part which arrived in just 3 days. Pager Genius truly honors their warrantee!

We are a Community Health Center and with COVID we are using for our patients to wait in their cars and we page them when we are ready for them to come into the building. The system is so easy to set up and use.

These pagers are the best! I run a brewery and these pagers replaced the cheap ones we first tried. Great quality! Also if you have any questions or need assistance the customer service is amazing! It can be difficult getting through to customer service at some places but not here. Bryan was super helpful and got the replaced part we needed ASAP. I will only use these now!

I purchased these to use in a primary care clinic. With Covid we were having patients wait in the car and when the provider was ready to see them, we would call the patients cell phone. Calling patients proved to be inefficient because of language barriers and cell phone signal. We has staff making runs to the cars constantly. As soon as we received these pagers we realized how the time getting the patient in the door was decreased; no more hunting in the parking lot and no more seeking bilingual staff to place a call. These are great and staff really appreciate them.
