Magnesium has loads of benefits, but for me the main thing I really appreciate about this product is that it helps me get to sleep (without any of the drowsiness in the morning I get from some other sleep aids). I've always struggled falling asleep at night, and this stuff is the best I've found to help me get some rest when I need it!

Or for those who suffer from Ulcer symptoms, it has too much Acidity. This upsets my stomach and blotted me up very strongly!!!

This is my first review for any product. I found it necessary because I think this magnesium is the best one I’ve used. In my travels I “accidentally” came across this product and boy am I really happy I did. This MAG helps me sleep better, calms me and helps with anxiety.
