I brought Star Brite Epoxy for the small leaks I have in my 12' aluminum boat.I thought this product would turn white after drying but instead turned gray. Not a problem tho.I must have read it wrong. But anyways, it is easy to use. "mix small amount only" it starts to dry fast, cut 1/2" of it and mix till conformed consistency, roll snake like form then the part i didn't do first, use a scraper to force into crack use pressure to force this mixture into crack. The leaks in my boat were along the seams in transom and bow.I use my hands the first time to force it in and it looked like crap. So by the time i got to the front I had it down how to do it right. front looks like a professional job.And this stuff is awesome. I put water in the boat and no leaks. This is the stuff to buy ya can go wrong. Little pricy but differently worth it. I have like over 3/4 of the tube left.It didn't take much by the time ya roll snake like out. I rolled about 1/8" size or smaller just wished it turned white since my boat is white. But not no deal breaker.

Sí me funcionó, en el estribo de aluminio de mi Honda Pilot que tenía un golpe. Para mezclarlo tienes que hacerlo amasánolo con los dedos mojados, por 2 minutos máximo, si no lo haces así no se endurecerá. Luego que lo amasas lo aplicas dándole forma, en pocos minutos estará seco y duro como roca. Luego, puedes lijarlo y pintarlo (adjunto fotos)

Repaired a 4" gash in my aluminum 1990 Astro Pro bass boat. This stuff blew my mind on how easy and fast it was to use. Only used a 1/4 of the tube, but it's on board just in case. Life and wallet saver for sure. No lie!!!

Did not harden, is still soft more than one week later. I bought a bunch of these and they all remain soft! Supposed to harden in an hour. Garbage! I have used other epoxy putties many many many many times with excellent results. I selected this because it was supposed to be specifically compatible with aluminum. This isn’t my first rodeo.

Great product, highly recommended
