I really like this knife. In terms of function, the blade is tight and locks securely and is extremely sharp. The edge seems durable and should be easy to maintain if cared for.The knife itself is a great length (it’s about the length of a full size chop stick - see photo). It is well balanced but I added a bit of cord (that wasn’t included, just some I had) to shift the balance point a little farther back. The knife feels good in hand and is a pleasure to use. I’m not generally a fan of knives with plastic side plates, but these are really well done and I think it adds to the overall appearance. The metal engraving is also very attractive and tasteful.I think for the price (I payed a little over $12), this is an excellent value and very suitable for a gift or just general purpose knife with a little style.

Good sharp knife that looks really nice but a couple of problems.First, it definitely should have some kind of leather pouch for carrying it. Without one, it just jangles around loose in my pocket, making me worry about it damaging anything else I might have.Second, it arrived completely jammed with metal shavings. They completely clogged the entire locking mechanism. I’ve been able to get most of them out, but you can still hear a bunch more scratching around inside of all of the seams that you can’t access since there is no visible way to take it apart for maintenance. These shavings are the main reason it gets 3 stars rather than the 5 I would’ve given otherwise.Overall, it’s a nice knife and you get what you pay for.

Arrived dull and blade sticks. Not a very good carry knife

Over all value of this knife is the best i have ever seen, I am very satisfied with this knife . Come the 1st , i am buying 20 of them. It is well made and looks good and i had it out of my pocket 30 sec and three guys in my maint shop was trying to talk me out of it. and to the company that made it , you nailed it.And i will be looking in to more of your product's to buy.and if i am putting my credentials at the bottom of this, You can sure bet it's a product worth buying.leland beeslerSgt. First words from my wife after opening the box: "Damn that is a sexy knife!"If that isn't enough for you, let me add a bit more.This knife is damn sexy.It looks beautiful. The handle has a nice smooth finish to it. It definitely pops more then the picture shows. So as far as looks: AThe blade is 440c steel, which after some reading means it is more resistant to rust and corrosion. It will also hold a edge longer with the trade off it is harder to sharpen. Learn to use a whetstone or her a barvarian knife sharpener. A here alsoThe length of the blade is just right imo. Not too long but not short either. Has a great cutting edge out of box. Very sharp. A again.I am not a knife genius. But I know a good tool when I see one. Feels great in the hand. Looks super sexy. Just right size for a pocket. Grade A all the way imo.Get one. Trust me you wont regret it.

Here’s why it’s not 5 stars. There’s a scratchy noise when you close and open the blade. It looks like to fix that problem their is oil on it, which you can see from the picture to reduce friction every time the blade scratches against the inside of the handle. Still makes that noise. For the price it’s a decently sharp knife, it’s sturdy too. The blade has a little weight to it.

I got a deal on this and needed a pocket knife, thus it was ordered. I've read the reviews regarding the metal shavings and issues, but, thankfully, mine had none of those. I've dropped it often and thrown it a few times (on purpose one of those times, even!) and it's still holding up. It came with a pretty sharp edge to it. I honed it a bit and it has retained reasonably. I wouldn't recommend it for heavy every day use, but if you're using it to, say, cut fishing lines, open boxes, cut hoses, it's good for that stuff. Looks neat too. We all know how important that part is.I gave it a 3 because, although I like mine and it's been a good knife so far, I can tell it's not going to hold up long term (I hope it proves me wrong!). It also has no clip anywhere on it, which is kinda maddening. It just smashes against my loose change and such. Once I put it in my shirt pocket, forgot it was in there, and put my reading glasses in same said pocket. Oof.If you like the look and maybe can get it at a good price, I'd say go for it.
