It turned into Butter
This arrived sealed and wasn't spoiled which it was a concern. This was the first time having clotted cream, and I called some friends in the UK about it. From their description, I should have received a thick heavy cream that you can use a spoon to just "take a mouthful". What I received was something very close to butter that had some liquid on top. trying a taste, I was surprised that it reminded me of unsalted butter. I refrigerated the cream like it said after opening and shortly after it hardened like butter. I assume that with the high fat content what received was clotted cream that had been churned into butter during shipping. It doesn't really have a taste and it melts like butter. So its great on toast with jam but so is butter. So this isn't clotted cream when it arrived at my house but butter.

It was SPOILED!
It was spoiled!! I must have received the bad batch because the moment I opened the jars I almost vomited. The kitchen smelled so badly afterwards I needed to simmer oranges and cloves. It was such a shame too because I only could offer jam with my selection of scones. I was very disappointed.

Tried it for fun!
Midsummer murders lover and they always talks about clotted cream. We just wanted to try it out! It came in great shape and we had fun using it. We liked the taste but really don’t know what it is suppose to taste.

Not worth the price
Delicious but doesn't last long once opened. Bought 2,1 was damaged in shipping. Won't buy again

Do Not Order
I ordered the clotted cream to have with homemade sticky toffee pudding for a nice, fancy dessert. The cream was rancid and smelled up the house as soon as I opened the jar (which was the same day it arrived). I cannot recommend.

sad but was bad
I've bought this previously and was very pleased with it. However this one arrived and was rancid. Could be weather related but I didnt see an expiration date on the jar.

Fresh & Flavorful
Was a little apprehensive purchasing after reading reviews of receiving moldy product, but that wasn’t the case with the jar I received. Will definitely order from here again as I need to make special trip to the store that carries it.
