Great price and love the way it change colors with temperature

I had a similar polish to this that I ran out of. This one is a brighter raspberry color than my old polish and is very pretty when cold. When hot it is a very pretty pale pink with lots of sparkle. It is not a sheer polish. I only had to apply 2 coats for full coverage and I might have been able to get away with just one. I usually do 3 to get the correct color with other polishes. It is a bit thick, but goes onto the nail easily. Once my nails were cured, there was a slight lumpy texture due to the glitter, so I took a fine file, buffed the nails and reapplied a top coat and they were perfectly smooth. I've only had the polish on for a day, but have no doubt it will last the 2-3 weeks that my other polishes do.

I was hesitant using this product at first since it didn’t have very detailed instructions. I’ve done gel polish nails before so I am familiar with the process but with these being the magnetic type I wasn’t sure how they would turn out. The colors came very close to the pictures and I chose the burgundy/berry one! I’ve never done this type of nail before and I am ecstatic with the results. The order came extremely quick with the prime shipping and each polish was packaged individually. To start off with, you do need a base coat and top coat as well as a UV/Led nail light. I used the gelish brand base and top coat that I’ve had and it worked perfectly with this brand. First you put the base coat on and you have to be careful not to get it on your cuticles or skin otherwise it will peel off your nail faster. Then you cure it for the time indicated on the package of the one that you have. You then take the magnetic polish and brush it on your nails, I did one hand at a time. Then you take the little magnetic wand that comes with the polish and place it over your nail hovering slightly as to not touch the polish. Be sure when you place it, that it is the position of how you want the strip to turn out. You cure the polish and do a second coat if you wish with the same process. Once that is done, you brush the top coat on and cure it. It’s extremely easy and leaves you with salon quality results!

It does NOT look like the picture, but it IS really great polish. It's long-lasting, durable, nice sheen, and it cures easily and perfectly. The best thing about it might be the high temperature at which the color changes - it means that it looks like an ombre at almost any temperature. I have some colors that only change of it's super cold out, but I can even wear this in the summer and it looks fantastic. It's black (not the mirror-look in the photo) and a sort of nude color (definitely not white). I tried putting white under it to make it whiter, but it just looked dirty that way. However, I get tons of compliments on the color, so once you get over the fact that it's not like the picture, you might love it as much as I do.

So first off only use with a gel lamp. So when using this polish it might throw you off a little bit. So when you begin and you open the polish up it comes very dark. Which is what the color is like when it is warm. These are heat activated nail polishes. So it comes in a black or a light gray depending on the heat. When you first paint on your nails will be very dark and for me it took multiple times under the UV light in 90 seconds for me to get a good solid dry. It's amazing how quickly these change colors. Instantly when I wash my hands they became the dark color again and as I dried my hands in my hands we're in the warm water anymore they turned back into the pretty light color. I highly recommend this it's very cool.

Good product and great magnetic results but the coloring was not as expected.

Good I like color

I ordered these polishes and was so excited to apply them when they arrived. I chose to put mine on a black base coat. I applied the clear base coat and used the LED light to cure. Then I applied a thin coat of the black gel color that I purchased separate and cured it as directed. I then put on the blue magnetic polish included in the kit and used the magnet included in the kit. The magnet made a really cool line across my nail which I thought was really pretty. So far so good, right? Wrong. As soon as I applied the top coat, included in the kit, the line went away, the blue polish spread out all over my nails and I no longer had the pretty line but a horrible, ugly, mess on my nails. Had to soak off the layers of polish that took hours and decided to try again. After the second try, with the same results, I gave up and vowed to never used this polish again. What a waste of time and money. Would love to get a refund but since the polishes are open and used I don't think they would give me a refund. Chalk this one up to a great big mistake. Lesson learned the hard way.
