The fourth studio album by the German electronic band. It was the band's first album to fully embrace the repetitive electronic sound they would become known for, although organic instruments still remained part of their sonic palette, and was inspired by the titular German highway system. Features the singles 'Kometenmelodie 2' and 'Autobahn'.

Great package of seminal release.
Clean pressing on heavy weight vinyl, sounds great. Inner booklet is exceptionally good, including original album artwork.Very happy with this great package of seminal release.

It sounds great being remastered and in blue vynil
A must have for Kraftwerk fan's as it's remastered and on heavy blue vynil. The vylin sounds warmer on the record player as I have it on CD. Get both of them as the CD is studios clear and the vylin can sound warmer on a good record player.

Great music - nice product, but...
This is of course a total classic and the influences from those mid 70's sounds are still continuing today. It's a nice product, but I agree about the inner sleeve being harsh and a potential scratch hazard! As to one reviewer claiming that the first thing we should do is discard the inner sleeve and store the record for weeks in an anti-static sleeve before first play! Seriously? Also, the original recording was not recorded 'digitally'! It was recorded in Conny Plank's self-made studio onto 16 track (analogue) tape. So stating the limit of audio quality is 'CD quality' is incorrect. For example, the Blu-ray audio version is presented as 48kHz/24bit.

Blue vinyl reissue of an electronic classic
A good 180g blue vinyl reissue of this classic piece of electronic music. My only criticism (and it’s a minor one) is that I prefer the original 70s cover, that I feel suits the music much more for me. But luckily the original artwork is included on the inner sleeve, so all is forgiven!
