What is the expiration date ?

I ordered these from amazon several months ago and upon receipt, realized we ordered the wrong ones. I tried to return them immediately and they would not take them back. My office was out the $258.00. Very disappointed with the lack of return policy. Calling and writing my complaint got me nowhere.

In the box of 200, there are 4 bottles. each having 50microcuvettes. microcuvettes are not individually wrapped

These are supposed to be stored refrigerated. Do you ship temperature controlled? Also, are these 5 microliters or 10 microliter test strips?
