Emma Basic Matcha 50g, Ceremonial Grade, Green Tea Powder, Catechin

You don't get much bang for your buck here, but it's good matcha so to be expected. I like it. I do have it as matte, but i've also had it pure and green with no honey and it tasted of broccoli and moss and lilypads as you might expect, but in a pure and live-forever way. Which is, after all, why we drink matcha.

Really sweet and delicious matcha! I sieve this into a mug, using one teaspoon. Then I mix with a bit of water, heat up Rude Health Almond Milk and mix it in, it works sooo well with this milk 👏🏻Comes in a sweet matcha tin also.

Doesn't blend well even with mixer. Tasted like green chalk. Not good. Would ask for refund but doesn't seem like an option :(

My first impression upon arrival was that the product was a lot smaller than I had thought. I then made a cup of green tea which was far too strong and bitter. Once I had mastered the amount which I would suggest is a quarter to half a teaspoon, it tastes just fine as green tea goes. No complaints.

..this matcha was making me sick and giving me stomach cramps!I tried drinking with milk and without but it was making my stomach hurt!maybe its just me but I tried other brands of matcha recently and I haven't had any painsnever buying again

High quality Matcha, makes a very good cup of Match Tea which is high in antioxidants. Great flavour.

Really worth to try it

I'm no connoisseur as I've only been drinking Matcha for the last 17 months since my trip to Kyoto and found Spring Blossom to be my favourite on the commercial market but tried Emma Basic's and found it to be more creamy and smooth but lacking the overall flavour and consistency to SB. Would I buy it ago? Absolutely!
