Best hot chocolate with milk or water
In the picture I made this with milk. Those are little chunks of semi-sweet chocolate that you see in there . This stuff is so good I would sell my first born child for it. She's 19, so there might be a struggle, but hey.

Make sure to buy the right one
Top notch, but buyers be aware. Only these which look like the one on the left are rich and chocolatey. Don’t buy the one on the right in the picture, completely different in color taste and texture.

I'm a chocolate addict. Love my night time cups of cocoa. Ghirardelli Double Chocolate has all of the rest of the chocolate powders beat HANDS DOWN for richness of taste and ease of preparation.

IS MILK OR CREAM ONLY
Water is not an option with this brand, which I'm sure is why Ghirardelli consistently hits high against it's competitors.
