Better than the caps
Excellent. I think this works better than the caps. The amount of gaba is always essentially the same as the caps, but I'm noticing the powder form works better.

noticed a bigger difference using this then i did using the 750mg capsules from two other brands.. the first night i slept a whole lot better and stayed asleep more.. plus you eliminate the unneeded added capsule/filler ingredients with this nutricost Gaba.. no bad taste, i either put it in a 2oz cp with my other nightly women tinctures and add water and put some on my daily AM yogurt as well..since huge jug, it will last a while so i’d recommend transferring some into a smaller container so this stays fresh & not clump up from constantly being exposed to air..

Unlike GABA pills, this is pure powder. So if you took 2-3 pills and you take the same mg of this, it's like 10x the effect. So take 1 scoop, and on an empty stomach. With Glycine powder is even better.
