It is longjing tea yuqian 2nd grade. Tea leaves harvested before Gu Yu (April 19) and after Qing Ming is called yuqian tea (tea of pre Gu Yu).

Spring harvested green tea often come out “Weak” taste for its cold grown weather and tender leaves. Tea leaves at this time have high content of amino acids, soluble sugars and water-soluble pectin, and low polyphenol content. So you can get fresh and refreshing tea liquor. After Gu Yu, as the temperature increases, the content of polyphenols is high, and the content of amino acids and water-soluble pectin decreases, the flavor will be stronger but no fresh and refreshing feeling, there are also fewer nutrients.

4 steeps: rinse, 30s, 60s, 90s, 120s.
Cup Method:
Teacup: 8.8oz / 250ml
Water temperature: 185℉ / 85℃

Brewing time: 2-4 minutes.
