High quality and zero leg burn.
On my first use the dog pulled this out of my hand and it went skittering across the pavement, narrowly missing a badly cleaned up pile of dog poo. PHEW!!! It had a few scratches but survived otherwise unscathed. Since then it has been a godsend, the dog can happily sniff sniff sniff every patch of grass/ wall around without having to pull my arm off. The action is smooth and it locks into position very easily. I also enjoy have deploying the button to get a pleasing clicking sound under my thumb as the lead extends. The dog inevitably runs around people's legs but so far no leg burns so another bonus there then!

Great leads
Great lead for my strong staff/ridgeback. Just about to buy for my boxer/bulldog

Sturdy item but heavy and slightly awkward to operate.
Cord colour was not as advertised. This is a heavy duty lead which should last well, but probably not ideal for the old or frail. The two-part brake button mechanism takes a bit of getting used to and I worry that if my 35kg doodle suddenly sees or smells a fox and shoots off at great speed after it he'll be running at full speed by the time I manage to press the buttons correctly.

Good lead
Love these, great quality, good lead length, really sturdy and easy to clean. Our dog does try to bite her lead but soon gives up when we pretend not to notice. We're very happy with this brand, it's our second one.

Works very well, strong and easy to use.
Using this retractable dog lead every day. It extends 3 metres, which is just the right length. It retracts smoothly and silently and is easy to stop and release. Handle is comfortable to hold. Good product.

Well made.
So far so good. Much better than the last one Ihad which kept getting the lead trapped in the casing join due to my over excitable dog. The design of the anti tangle fitting prevents this so less hassle.

Works well with an anti chew lead attached.
Really impressed with quality and feel. Have you used it several times and is working well. I have even added a chew proof lead from my harness, the Tug extendable attaches to it and it works fine. Would definitely recommend.

Frayed and broke after 2 months, but excellent service from company
I bought one of these a few years ago which lasted a good while.I bought a new one when it broke, and this one frayed and snapped within 2 months of use. I was very disappointed, but on contacting the company they quickly issued a replacement and are feeding back to the quality team. Hopefully the replacement lasts as long as the first one I bought.
