The connection speed is incredibly fast. There's absolutely no need to worry about connection delays or lags. Its design is nothing short of exquisite—simple yet stylish, with delicate lines and elegant color schemes. Moreover, the keyboard's tactile response is highly sensitive. Every key press receives precise feedback, and the typing experience is extremely comfortable. However, if I had to point out a minor flaw, it might be that the keyboard is a bit heavy. For users who frequently carry their iPads around, this could be a slight inconvenience. But considering its outstanding performance and quality, the weight is acceptable. After all, great things often come with a bit of “heft” to signify their quality.

I've been very pleased with my iPad keyboard case. Setup is intuitive, and it's exciting, the first time you realize you've now got a trackpad that works just like on a full laptop. Really, in all important particulars, this product transforms an iPad (even an old 7th-generation one like mine) into a super lightweight and compact laptop. I use Microsoft Word and OneDrive for all of my writing, so this is a perfect way to keep working when I have to be on the go, or when I just want to get away from the office for a while and spend time in a coffee shop, for some fresh perspective. The case has a durable and good-looking design, at an affordable price. The backlighting on the keyboard is very useful, and the keys are responsive and just the right size for my average-sized hands. The ability to turn the keyboard on by pressing any key works well and is intuitive. As I said before, the trackpad is transformative--you'll forget you're on an iPad. :) This has been a valuable tool for my writing and work, and a great boost to my productivity. As a wonderful bonus, the support staff (should you need them) is kind, responsive, articulate, and very helpful.

I purchased this iPad keyboard case to use with my iPad during a multi-day work industry conference. I did not want to have to lug around my laptop when travelling (and all of its accessories) and this presented as a good solution. The GOOD - My iPad fit right into the case, perfectly without any issues. Pairing the laptop to the keyboard case was as easy as pairing any other bluetooth enabled device. The keyboard has the option to illuminate/backlight the keys in multiple colors - which is very helpful especially in a dark conference hall. The keyboard surface itself is slim and comfortable if you have smaller hands. The trackpad is very responsive and I like that you can use the trackpad and or touch screen of the iPad at the same time if you want/need to. The case opens completely and swivels easily, allowing you to adjust the viewing angle at any time. The pen loop on the side is also a nice addition - as even though I do not have a stylus, I was able to store a regular ink pen in it. Once charged fully I was able to use the keyboard for the entirety of the trip (about a weeklong) without having to recharge. Powering the keyboard on and off was easy. The OK - I do not consider anything about this product to be "bad", however there are some things that in hindsight I would consider strongly. The weight - the case adds a significant amount of weight to my iPad, in fact it more than doubled the overall weight, yet it still proved to be lighter than my laptop. And speaking of weight - even though it was relatively heavy, the iPad still felt a bit top heavy when the keyboard was open. As in, when I sat it in my lap during the conference, if I opened the screen just a hair too far, the whole thing would want to topple over. Charging is a bit of a nuisance but not terrible, as the USB plug supplied has a very short cable and a charging block is not supplied. Since this keyboard was designed to work with an iPad, it would be great it the charging used a lightning cable instead. Lastly, this keyboard case offers zero shock/impact protection for your iPad. The part that holds the iPad is a lightweight plastic and does not give me any confidence if bumped or dropped. Overall - A very useful keyboard case, great functions, works well with my iPad, and is a really great alternative to lugging around the old company issued laptop for a worktrip.

I searched for awhile to find the perfect keyboard for my iPad. I finally found this one, it had good reviews for the most part so I decided to try it out. So far I haven’t had any issues. The battery does not take long to charge fully, and it lasts a very long time. I went about 4 days of use before charging it again, and it hadn’t even showed a low battery light yet. The keyboard colors are very pretty and get pretty bright, especially in the dark. There are multiple color options and the brightness goes up and down. The touchpad works well too, the clicking sound is just a little annoying but that’s not a big deal at all. If you’re watching a video or reading something lengthy, the keyboard lights shut off after 10 seconds of no use. But as soon as you touch the pad or any key they turn right back on. I believe after 10 MINUTES of no use, the keyboard shuts off completely to save battery. Overall I really enjoy the keyboard so far, I’ve had it for about a month and I’ve had no issues!

This keyboard by BAGB is fantastic. It connects to my iPad through Bluetooth easily and instantly transforms it into a mini laptop. The keyboard is colorful, sleek, and not loud at all, which makes it perfect for work or travel. The typing experience is smooth and efficient, and the battery power is impressive. I reached out to customer service with a question and they responded quickly and professionally. Excellent support and quality all around. I will never buy any other cases but this one for my tablets. I love the key board, it has an amazing battery life. I do home health and need people to sign so i loooove having the screen swivel.

For reference my iPad is the 9th gen I ordered this product on August 4 and received it on August 11. It was not as described first it didn’t have the trackpad and didn’t match my iPad size it’s not even functional at this point, even though my iPad is exactly as mentioned in the title and description. I contacted the seller, and at first, they tried to convince me to keep it for a discount. After I explained that it didn’t meet my needs or match the description and sent pictures, they offered a 50 SAR discount on shipping fee to send them back the product!!! I’m very disappointed, especially since I bought this for college with the last money I had and was paying in installments. Now I don’t even have the money for shipping the product back! It’s not worth it guys just buy a laptop or a keyboard from an actual store
