Great training aid- helps get right arm next to body on downswing

Excellent for Golf Connection. Nice design and quality. Teaches a golfer the correct muscle memory for keeping the arms together t/o the swing for best accuracy and power. Use this for a week and your game will improve.

Cheap, durable, and actually fixes a common swing flaw.

I can see where this would be helpful keeping your arms in the correct position but the golf swing is very complex and found it hard to follow thru but kept me connected in the back swing. The biggest problem is the size. If it was adjustable it would be 100 times better. Way to tight and would slip down my arms after a few swings. I cant honestly recommend this gold aid.

Use this belt before you play

This is a great training tool if and ONLY if you can pay attention to what your body is doing while you’re golfing. For me, this helped immensely in getting that muscle memory into my brain. I used it on the range for 2 buckets before 18 the next day. Also used it a few times for practice swings on the course when I could feel I was pulling away. Highly recommend.
