This is a great blend with no added filler, chemicals, etc. However, it is not organic, and there is almost no information on the sourcing - where it comes from, how it was grown, etc.I do think these ingredients can help with a detox, but if you have a specific need, you should really talk to an integrative or functional doctor instead of just throwing things at your issue. Make sure the physician is really a specialist (such as CFMP certification), because a lot of MD's call themselves functional for marketing purposes but aren't really.The smell is very earthy, rooty, herbal. They're normal size veg caps and go down easy, but any roots and herbs can be rough on the stomach, so I suggest taking with a bit of food. If you're fasting while you detox, take with a smoothie - I do better with at least something in my stomach. The dosage on this is 2 veg caps x 3 times daily. Most doctors that I've spoken with do not recommend detox more than 3 or 4 days in a row - stop to replenish for 7 days, then another round of detox. I've also been told not to take any vitamins or supplements, you want the detox to bind to toxins in your body, not to the vitamins you're taking. And finally, I've been told not to try to detox more than one organ or system at a time.

This is exactly what you would want to help accelerated removing toxins from the liver. And I have no reason to believe these are not quality ingredients assembled in the USA. There is a date and lot number also associated with each bottle - the bottle I received had 18 months left on the timer.The quantity of these ingredients may lead you to question the value, however. For example, each capsule only has 300 mg of Milk Thistle. The instructions recommend taking two capsules during each meal - a total of 6 capsules per day. There are 42 capsules. Maybe that's why it's a 'quick' detox - that's only a single week's worth.But maybe you get what you pay for. When you add this to your cart, just keep in mind this is a quick detox. One week and the detox is done, and the contents of the bottle are done. Cautiously recommended.

I have been taking this consistently for over a month now. I initially chose this because of the nice mix of ingredients minus anything artificial. I have taken Milk Thistle and Cranberry supplements separately but never these two in combination with other ingredients such as ginger/beet root/yellow dock.I definitely feel lighter and less "clogged" now than I did about a month ago. I have seen the results of the toxin elimination during trips to the bathroom. Overall now I can breathe better and think more clearly. I also have more endurance during my workouts. Next time I need another round of toxin elimination I will definitely be choosing this one again.

These are a good detox support. I take one every morning with herbal tea before I eat anything and wait to eat until a couple hours later. Well I don’t follow their instructions taking it three times per day since that’s excessive for me. I finished the bottle, but I didn't see any major changes or was I running to the bathroom more than normal. They are easy to swallow and didn't give me an upset stomach. I felt a little more energy in the AM but that was it.

Good ingredient list all of which I’ve taken independently to help with detoxing my body. The capsules aren’t too big and they go down easy. I am taking 2 capsules 3 times daily with a meal and drinking lots and lots of water. I’m already feeling more energetic and I’m sure it’s due to this quick detox.I’m very happy with this product, I’ve had no GI upset at all since starting this detox.
